How do I manage twenty-minute game slots?

You set the exact length of each session and its times, arena by arena. Slots then chain automatically on your schedule, and the player only sees the departures that are genuinely available. You stop working out in your head whether a group can be squeezed in at 5:40pm.

Can I cap the number of players per arena?

Yes. Each game has its own capacity, matched to how many vests you own and what your arena can hold. Once the session is full it closes itself to bookings, online and at the counter alike. You no longer get sixteen players announced for twelve sets of kit.

How do I handle birthdays and the room that goes with them?

Create the birthday as a product in its own right, with its included games, its capacity, its minimum age and its party food or drinks extras. Alongside that, the floor plan lets you book the private space so two birthdays never land on the same room at the same time.

Can I sell packages of two or three games?

Yes, by configuring a suitable product. There is no dedicated package module: a multi-game deal is built through an advanced product configuration, of the same kind as component products. It works and it is used, it simply takes some setting up.

How do I reduce groups that never turn up?

Online payment at the moment of booking remains the strongest lever: a group that has already paid for its games cancels far less often. On top of that you set your own cancellation rules, and confirmation then reminder emails go out automatically before the slot.

Can I handle team building and hen parties on a quote?

Yes. You enter the headcount, the number of games, the extras and the agreed rate; the quote becomes an order and then an invoice, and the slots are held as soon as the client confirms. The same route works for a works council, an association or a school group.

Can I sell gift vouchers for a laser tag game?

Yes. Tourbiz generates gift vouchers from a ready-to-use template, and you can swap the background image for artwork in your own branding using the file provided. The wording is editable and can be set per language, handy for Christmas sales.

Can I create promo codes for the quiet slots?

Yes, as many as you like, as a percentage or a fixed amount in €. You limit each code to certain products and certain dates, for instance Monday to Thursday before 6pm. These codes are currently multi-use; a single-use code is announced as in development.
