Sell admissions direct, with no marketplace commission

The booking engine slots into the site you already have. The visitor picks a date, adds extras, pays online and receives a skip-the-line ticket to show at the gate. You keep the margin a platform would have taken.

How Tourbiz will change your life

🎡 Create dated tickets, packages and entertainment

Day admission, a dated ticket on a precise slot, a family package, a two-day pass, a show with allocated seating, a supervised activity as an add-on: you set the capacity, the rates by age, the validity period and the extras. A special opening or a Halloween evening is created and on sale straight away.

🚌 Handle schools, holiday clubs and works councils on a quote

A school books for five classes, a holiday club for forty children, a works council buys a batch of admissions: you issue a quote with the headcount, the agreed rate and any catering or activity extras. It becomes an order, then an invoice, and the places are held as soon as they confirm.

🎟️ Sell on the platforms too, without exceeding capacity

Your availability syncs in real time with around ten OTAs, including Tiqets, GetYourGuide, Viator and Ceetiz. An admission sold on one of them disappears immediately from the other channels and from your own ticketing, so you cannot go over capacity on a bank holiday weekend.

They already trust Tourbiz!

Cruises, guided tours, leisure activities: tourism professionals already run their bookings on Tourbiz.

FAQ

How do I manage dated tickets and the park’s daily capacity?
For each date, and for each slot if you need that level of detail, you set how many admissions are available and which rates apply. Once capacity is reached, sales close automatically online and at the gate. That is how you spread a bank holiday weekend without swamping the rides or stretching the queues.
Can I sell family packages and multi-day passes?
Yes. A package is built as a component product: a parent product made up of elements that each have their own purchase price, price type and VAT rate. That is how you build a two-day pass or a family deal without inventing fake packages or dummy items in your catalogue.
How are school groups and holiday clubs handled?
Through quotes. You enter the headcount, the agreed rate and the chosen extras, meals or a supervised activity. The quote is linked automatically to the order, the invoice and the schedule, and the admissions are held as soon as the school confirms. The teacher keeps a written record for their finance office.
Can I offer activities as add-ons to the entry ticket?
Yes, through the options catalogue: a supervised activity, food, a parking space, equipment hire. Each option can be reused across products, with a title shown to the visitor and a separate label on the ticket, which helps your teams prepare the day.
How do I apply several VAT rates to the same offer?
Tourbiz lets you apply several distinct VAT rates to a single product, with a separate nominal account for each portion. A package combining admission, catering and a drink does not have to be split into dummy items: each portion carries its own rate and the accounting export follows.
Can I sell gift vouchers for a day at the park?
Yes. Tourbiz generates gift vouchers from a ready-to-use template, and you can swap the background image for artwork in the park’s colours using the file provided. The wording is editable and can be set per language, which matters for end-of-year sales.
Can I create promo codes to fill the quiet days?
Yes, as many as you like, as a percentage or a fixed amount in €. You limit each code to certain products and certain dates, for instance the quiet days at the start and end of the season. The visitor enters it in the basket and the total recalculates. These codes are currently multi-use; a single-use code is announced as in development.
Can I sell my tickets on leisure platforms?
Yes. Tourbiz also acts as a channel manager: your availability syncs in real time with around ten OTAs. An admission sold on a platform disappears from the other channels and from your ticketing, so no overselling on a busy school-holiday Saturday.
