How Tourbiz will change your life

🗓️ Set up timed entry slots, guided tours and workshops

Opening hours, visitors allowed per slot, length of the route, language of the guide, full price, reduced rate and free admission: each admission type is configured once. A temporary exhibition, a late opening or a workshop for young visitors goes on sale within minutes.

🎒 Handle schools, groups and their quotes without the paperwork

A teacher asks for a slot for two classes? You issue a quote with the headcount, the school rate and the interpretation workshop. It becomes an order, then an invoice, and the slot is held as soon as the school confirms. No more spreadsheets and lost email threads.

💳 Take payment online, at the desk or by invoice

Tourbiz connects to several payment providers (Stripe, PayPlug, PayZen, Systempay, Alma) and accepts French ANCV holiday vouchers through a dedicated widget. Group deposits, payment on the day, invoicing a town council or an education authority: it all runs from the same screen.

They already trust Tourbiz!

Cruises, guided tours, leisure activities: tourism professionals already run their bookings on Tourbiz.

FAQ

How do I manage timed entry slots and the capacity of my galleries?
For each slot you set how many visitors are allowed, how long the route takes and which rates apply. Once capacity is reached the slot closes itself to sales, online and at the front desk alike. That is how you spread the crowd in front of the best-known works and stay within what your galleries can actually hold.
How do school and after-school group bookings work?
You issue a quote with the class headcount, the negotiated school rate and the options: guided tour, interpretation workshop, language of the guide. The quote is tied automatically to the order, the invoice and the schedule, and the slot is held as soon as the school agrees. The teacher keeps a written record, which most local authority finance departments insist on.
Can I sell my tickets on cultural ticketing platforms?
Yes. Tourbiz also works as a channel manager: your availability syncs in real time with around ten OTAs, including Tiqets, Civitatis, GetYourGuide and Viator. An admission sold on one of them disappears immediately from the other channels and from your own ticketing, so you cannot oversell on a busy evening.
How do I run ticketing for a temporary exhibition or a late opening?
Each temporary exhibition is created as its own offer, with its own dates, rates and capacity, leaving the permanent collection ticketing untouched. The same goes for a late opening, a public preview or a run of workshops: you open the slot, it becomes bookable, and you close it when the programme ends.
Do overseas visitors get their ticket in their own language?
Yes. Confirmation emails, reminders and tickets are customisable and multilingual. You can also keep an English-language guided tour separate from a French one: they are two different slots, each with its own capacity and its own guide.
Can I offer gift vouchers so people can give a visit?
Yes. Tourbiz generates gift vouchers from a ready-to-use template, and you can swap the background image for a visual in the museum’s own colours using the template provided. The wording is editable and can be set per language, so a ticket to the temporary exhibition makes an easy present.
Can I create promo codes for a local partnership?
Yes, as many as you like, as a percentage or a fixed amount in €. Each code can be limited to a single product and to a set period: a code reserved for the tourist office for the Sunday guided tour, for instance. The visitor enters it in the basket and the total recalculates. These codes are currently multi-use; a single-use code is announced as in development.
Can Tourbiz make my museum easier to find on Google?
Yes. Your visits can appear directly in Google and Google Maps through Google Things to Do, with a booking link pointing back to your own ticketing. You capture local search, the visitor wondering what to do today, without handing a commission to anyone.
