With our widgets, your clients can pay directly on your website. But Tourbiz also allows you to generate a payment link directly tied to an order. This link can be embedded:

  • In a confirmation email
  • On an online order form
  • Or integrated into your site with a plugin or via API
Then, the client clicks, pays, and Tourbiz automatically updates the order status in the system.

🔐 Guaranteed security, full compatibility

Although Tourbiz has its own payment solution, you can seamlessly integrate with your current payment provider! You choose your provider (Stripe, PayPlug, Systempay, PayZen, or others), and we take care of the integration. Payment is still handled by a certified third party, with your own credentials, banking flows, and rules. Tourbiz obviously does not handle your money or banking data.

Yes, if you use Tourbiz Pay, our in-house payment system. Otherwise, Tourbiz does not handle the payment collection itself. It’s your connected payment solution that will manage it. The banking flow goes through your provider, but Tourbiz retrieves the information to update the order, allowing you to track all your financial flows directly within the software.

The most common providers are already integrated or easy to integrate: Stripe, PayPlug, PayZen, Systempay, Alma, etc. If you have a custom solution or a specific provider, our technical team can analyze and set up the connection.

Yes. For each order, Tourbiz generates a unique, encrypted payment link that can be sent automatically via email. The client clicks, pays, and you are notified in real-time within the order.

Yes. Each payment is linked to an order, visible in the client file, in exports, and in your reports. You can see who paid what, how, and when. All in real time.

Yes. You can create multiple payment installments within the same order and generate a payment link for each part. The client receives one link for the deposit and another for the balance. You can also connect a split payment solution like Alma or Klarna.

The connection is included if you use one of the standard providers offered. If a specific integration is required (undocumented API, custom solution, etc.), a technical quote will be provided. However, there are no recurring fees added by Tourbiz.
